Description

The S.N.A.P.™ Gel Purification Kit is designed for rapid purification of DNA fragments from agarose gels. The key is unique S.N.A.P. resin, which is provided ready to use in a spin-column format. The resin efficiently binds nucleic acids up to 20 kb and eliminates organic extractions, and need to perform time-consuming ethanol precipitations.

S.N.A.P.™ Gel Purification Kit yields pure DNA in an easy-to-perform, rapid procedure
Excise DNA band from your agarose gel
Add NaI solution (provided) and melt the agarose at 42–50°C
Load sample onto the S.N.A.P.™ spin column
Wash away contaminants
Elute DNA in water
