Description

Each pack contains the required amount of premixed powder to make 1L of 10X TBE buffer stock solution that can be diluted to a 1X solution for use in electrophoresis of nucleic acids in polyacrylamide gels

  • DNase, RNase, and protease free powder that is pre-mixed in the correct ratios for your convenience
  • Adequate amount of powder to make 1L of 10X TBE buffer
  • Eliminates the need to separately weigh TBE buffer ingredients - simply dissolve powder in pure water
